Through strategic initiatives with our health plans, we are dedicated to fostering social drivers of health (SDOH) and health equity as well as equitable access to resources and opportunities in the communities of our members. These partnerships aim to create sustainable change and promote a healthier society.

Community Service and Employee Giving听

We recognize the importance of service and giving, and the impact employee efforts can have on advancing the health of our communities. Recently we announced the launch of 缅北强奸 ImpACT. Through 缅北强奸 ImpACT, employees receive up to eight hours of paid time off to serve nonprofit organizations that are personally important to them. Volunteers handing out care packages at a community event boothAs a way of amplifying employee actions, and in partnership with the 缅北强奸 Foundation, 缅北强奸鈥檚 service and giving programming includes a match of employee contributions, dollar for dollar, to 501(c)(3) organizations aligned with 缅北强奸 Foundation areas of focus.

缅北强奸 is the largest provider of managed care services to children and youth in foster care, serving more than 280,000 individuals. In addition to providing managed care services, our employees volunteer to support this population in various ways like personalizing Project Helping Kynd Kits and creating Project Helping fidget blanket packages to provide sensory support tools that ease the anxiety often experienced by children and youth in foster care. Additionally, through a partnership with Foster Love, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the way youth navigate the foster care system, employees built bikes, skateboards and personalized duffel bags given to community partners in various states, including Florida, Missouri, Texas and California.

The 缅北强奸 Foundation achieves measurable impact for the communities we serve through partnerships and philanthropy efforts investing in initiatives with holistic approaches for dismantling barriers to health. The 缅北强奸 Foundation鈥檚 focus on healthcare access, social services and education reflects our commitment to the needs of those who rely on government-sponsored healthcare and to addressing SDOH and health equity.

Since 2021, we have directly invested over $100 million in nonprofit organizations through both 缅北强奸 and the 缅北强奸 Foundation. Many of these organizations have long-standing relationships with us, as well as with our health plans and subsidiaries. Through strategic partnerships with local organizations and a commitment to our overarching mission, our charitable investments aim to remove barriers to health for the underserved and provide long-term results that truly transform the communities we serve.

Following the tragic events in Uvalde in May 2022, 缅北强奸 and our Texas subsidiary, Superior HealthPlan, partnered with Community Health Development Inc. to provide essential resources and services and develop a new multipurpose center.
